The Maida Law Firm has been in existence in Texas for more than 87 years. The firm was started by Joseph Maida in Beaumont in 1924. His son, Joseph Maida Jr., began running the law firm in the 1940s. Frank J. Maida, the grandson of the founder, took over the practice in 1979.
Since 1980, the Maida Law Firm has focused on helping individuals and small business owners obtain debt relief by filing bankruptcy. With offices in Beaumont and Houston, we serve clients throughout southeast Texas and the Texas Gulf Coast.
Our Beaumont office is located in the west end of Beaumont, Texas. The firm relocated to this location in 1996. From our Beaumont office, the Maida Law Firm has been able to help numerous bankruptcy clients file Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies from Jefferson, Orange, Hardin, Chambers, Liberty, Jasper and Harris counties.
Our Houston office is located downtown in Houston's central business district.
