I have handled consumer bankruptcy cases as well as business bankruptcy cases since 1980. I've been board certified in the consumer bankruptcy field since 1985. I think that and the fact that my family practice goes back to 1927 when my grandfather started the law firm that I've taken over makes this practice unique.
Our approach with each client is to give them as much relief from their debts as we can. I will give them the worksheets, the debt forms. And I'll actually go through each of those forms with them and help them fill them out.
